Donald Dean Patton was born on June 27, 1950 in Richwoods, MO.  He was the son of Ralph & Esther (nee Hayes) Patton.  He died on September 14, 2023 at his De Soto residence at the age of 73.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Robin (nee Wideman) Patton of De Soto; two daughters, Sarah (Donald) Yap of Pearland, TX and Crystal Patton of St. Louis; one grandson, Benjamin Yap; and his dog, Queenie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Edward Patton and Gloria Jean Linderer.

Donald served in the United States Army during Vietnam and was retired supervisor of maintenance from Jefferson College.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of De Soto.
