Dawn Michelle Willcutt was born in Crystal City on November 3, 1972 a daughter to Carl C. and Joyce A. (nee Sampson) Harris. She died at her Richwoods home on July 14, 2023 at the age of 50. She is survived by her father, her husband Steve Willcutt, two children: Dylan (Kelbi) Mueller, Park Hills and Kaitlin Willcutt, De Soto, a granddaughter Lila Mueller and a brother Todd (Lillie) Harris, Shreveport, LA . She is preceded in death by her mother and two brothers: Keith Harris and Troy “Nortie” Harris. Dawn was a Registered Nurse at Mercy Hospital Jefferson.
