Dale Allen Davis was born July 8, 1976 in Crystal City, MO. He is the son of Homer Emily of Louisiana and the late Cheryl Nelson. He died on November 8, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, MO at the age of 35 years.  He is survived by his father and step-mother, Homer (Ginger) Emily; step-father, Rick Nelson, De Soto, MO; three children, Jacob, Brandon, and Tyler Davis; brother, Jason (Jessica) Pruitte, Arnold, MO, step-brothers,  Rick (Rachael) Nelson, Arnold, MO and Jim (Melinda) Nelson, De Soto, MO; grandmothers, Nora Emily, Blackwell, MO and Edith Davis, De Soto, MO. He is preceded in death by his mother and grandfather, Joseph Emily.
