Colby Gene DeClue was born January 19, 1953 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of Thomas F. and Carol J. (nee Woodruff) DeClue. He died on May 22, 2023 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 70 years. He is survived by his mother, Carol DeClue, De Soto, MO; wife, Patricia (nee Pope) DeClue, De Soto, MO; one son, Steve (Tracie) DeClue, De Soto, MO and one daughter, Tonya (John) Spiker, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Cody DeClue, Hannah DeClue, Brittany (Logan) Rogers, Robert Spiker, Ashley Spiker, and Nicholas Spiker; two great-grandchildren, Scottie and Shelby; siblings; Gary DeClue, De Soto, MO; Mark DeClue, Farmington, MO; and Robin (Steve) Short, Festus, MO. He is preceded in death by his father; one brother, Thomas “Tommy” DeClue; and a sister-in-law, Debbie DeClue.
