Carl Fred Baisch was born March 22, 1925 in De Soto, MO. He was the son of Rudolph J. and Alice (nee Leninger) Baisch. He died on July 24, 2016 at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 91. He is survived by his daughters, Carla Montgomery, De Soto, MO and Linda Russell, De Soto, MO; siblings, Warren (Mary) Baisch, De Soto, MO; June (Charles) Robison, Columbia, MO and Dotty Hagelman, Hillsboro, MO; brother-in-law, Marvin Heffron and a sister-in-law, Alberta Baisch; four grandchildren, Jeff (Amy) Montgomery, Steven (Rachel) Montgomery, Wayne (Jennifer) Montgomery, and Jessica Montgomery; eight grandchildren, Jordan Dennis, Brooke, Piper, Peyton, Brayden, Olivia, Ella, and Jack Montgomery. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Laurella “Wendy” (nee Pinson) Baisch; one brother, Melvin Baisch and two sisters, Virginia Haverstick and Betty Heffron; two brothers-in-law, Floyd Hagelman and Wyman Haverstick. Carl was a carman for the Missouri and Union Pacific Railroad and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
