Brooks Anthony Ramsey of Fenton was born February 3, 1980 in Festus, MO. He was the son of Norman Robert “Bobby” and Angela “Angie” (nee Elliott) Ramsey of Taylorville, IL. He died on July 23, 2015 at St. Clare Health Center in Fenton, MO at the age of 35 years. He is survived by his parents; brother, Norman Robert “Robby” (Sally) Ramsey, II, Clarksville, TN; their son, Miles O. Ramsey; sister, Stephanie (Matt) Benton, Summerville, SC; their children, Josiah T. Benton, Leia Benton, and Gibson Benton, and sister, Tiffany Ramsey of Taylorsville, IL; grandmother, Daisy Ramsey, Ellington, MO; and girlfriend, Megan Groves of Fenton, MO. He is preceded in grandfather, William Ramsey; and grandparents, Oscar and Rose Elliott. Brooks was a graduate of Festus High School and worked as a chef in several St. Louis area restaurants.
