Billy Lee Lester was born November 19, 1940 in Bartley, West Virginia. He was the son of Willis and Cora Lester.
He died on February 15, 2011 at St. John’s Mercy Health Center in St. Louis, MO at the age of 70 years 2 months 27 days.
He is survived by his wife, Paula (Parker) Lester, De Soto, MO; children, Patrick (Christina) Kennedy, De Soto, MO; David (Regina) Lester, Rockwood, TN; and Carolyn (Raymond) Smith, Rockwood, TN; one sister, Sue (Gary) Harrison, Phoenix, AZ; Grandchildren, Carla Arnold, Kaiser, W.V.; Douglas Lester, Raymond, Bryan, Ryan, and Justin Smith; all of Rockwood, TN; Alexus, Dylan, and Emily James; all of De Soto, MO; Great-Grandchildren, Brianna, Lila, and Kortney Smith; all of Rockwood, TN; Austin and Gavin Arnold, both of Kaiser, W.V.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Bob Lester.
Billy was a member of the Blackwell Masonic Lodge; B.P.O.E. #689, Sons of AmVets, Post #48.
