Barbara Jean Perkins was born April 21, 1947, in Naylor, MO, a daughter to Leroy and Lena (nee Bates) Rigdon. She died September 2, 2007, in Crystal City, Missouri, having reached the age of 60 years, 4 months, and 12 days.
She is survived by two daughters: Paula (husband William) Robinson and Lynn (husband James) Beardslee both of De Soto, MO; three sons: Lester Barton and Frank Perkins both of Hillsboro, MO and Larry Barton of De Soto, MO; two sisters: Verna Portell of Park Hills, MO; and Carol Petsch of De Soto, MO; two sister-in-laws, Lucille Rigdon, Wapapello, MO and Vicky Rigdon, Park Hills, MO; one brother-in-law, Fred Meinhardt; and six (6) grandchildren- Megan Robinson, Courtney & Robyn Freeman, Kathryn Beardslee, Colton Barton and Seth Perkins.
Preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Geraldine Meinhardt, six brothers: Paul, John, Carl and Buck Rigdon and two infant brothers.
