Alan Dale Smith was born December 17, 1958 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of Delbert Dale and Lorna Fay (Raines) Smith. He died on October 19, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his mother, Lorna Fay Smith, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Christina (Kevin) Giblin, Hillsboro, MO; Alan Smith Jr., St. Peters, MO; siblings, Debra (Wesley) Waller, Cadet, MO and Tim (Amanda) Smith, De Soto, MO; a sister-in-law, Kim Smith, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Mia, Jack, Cash, Jaxon, Emily, and Ryder. He is preceded in death by his father and one brother, Delbert R. Smith. Alan was the owner of Custom Al’s Autobody.
