Ronald Van Bradley was born on September 21, 1935 in Du Quoin, Illinois. He was the son of the late Joseph & Thelma (nee Hendrickson) Bradley. He died on February 20, 2023 at Mercy Hospital Festus at the age of 87.
Ronald is survived by his daughters, Kim (Robert) Mayberry of Dittmer, MO; and Cherie (Jeff) Mayberry of Cedar Hill, MO; grandchildren, Eric, Michael (Reanna), Dani (Alex), and Kevin (Logan); 8 great grandchildren; two brothers, Theodore (Phyllis) Bradley of Godfrey, Illinois; and Larry (Elaine) Bradley of Wilmington, Illinois; and one sister, Susan (Donald) Shirley of Johnston City, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Dorothy (nee Barton) Bradley, two grandchildren, Kayla and Nicholas.
Ronald served in the United States Army, he was a member of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church. He loved horses, sports, and fishing.
