Judith “Judy” Duncan, 79, of Barnhart died March 19, 2023 at her home. She was born January 21, 1944 in Warwick, Virginia, the daughter of the late Joyce Catherine (McKinnon) and Charles Donald Starkey. Her greatest love was her family. She enjoyed fast cars, fishing, bird watching and antique shopping.
She is survived by three sisters; a daughter, Jennifer Duncan of Barnhart; a grandson Austen (Sara) Duncan; a great granddaughter Brooklyn Duncan and numerous other family members.
