Janet Elizabeth (Engler) McCreary was born on February 25, 1938 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Kyle and Thelma Helen (Rawlings) Engler. She died on February 17, 2026 at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 86.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Martha (husband, Jeff) Duncan of St. Clair, MO and son, John (wife, Suzie) McCreary of Waterloo, IL; grandsons, Aaron (Katie Grimm) Valeck, Kenny (Abby) McCoy and Keith (Aleigh) McCoy; great-grandchildren, Connall, Oliver, Charlie, Paxton, Dalton, Finleigh, Isla, and Sullivan; and one brother,obert Engler of Bentonville, Arkansas.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Reverend Jack Foster McCreary, and one brother, Phillip Engler.
Janet was a seamstress.
