Dawn Marie Stotler  (nee Ward), age 38, peacefully entered into eternal rest, surrounded by her family, at her St. John home on May 17, 2025.  Dawn was born on March 7, 1987 in Crystal City.  She was a devoted wife and mother, whose unwavering love was the quiet strength behind her family.  As a dedicated CNA, she took immense pride in caring for others, always going above and beyond with passion and grace, leaving a lasting imprint on every heart she touched.  Dawn is survived by her mother Trina (nee James) Bishop, Bonne Terre; her father James (Mary White) Ward, Sr., Bloomsdale; her husband James William Stotler; three children: James Stotler, Jr., Jasmine Stotler and Jay Stotler and four brothers: Robert James, Bloomsdale, Clarence “Bo” (Cheryl) James, High Ridge, David Ward, St. Louis and James (Amber) Ward, Jr. Bonne Terre. Among other relatives she was preceded in death by her grandmother Berlie Fredericks; step father Robert “Bob” Bishop II; aunt Francis Bowling; uncle Mike Bowling and mother in law Tina Louise DeClue
