Carl J. Whitehead was born on October 13, 1943 a son to Ruth (nee Oatman) and Charles Whitehead. He died at Hillcrest Care Center on March 1, 2026 at the age of 82. He is survived by his niece Mary and Doug Birch of Hillsboro and their daughters Amanda and Miranda Birch and their granddaughter Aria. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Martha (Harvey “Jim”, Sr.) Thomas and a nephew Harvey Thomas, Jr.
