Billy Gene Crow, Sr. was born in Chicago, IL on January 30, 1964 a son to James “Jim” and Clemie A. (nee Bradley) Crow. He died on September 27, 2022 at his Festus home at the age of 58. He is survived by his father who lives in Hillsboro; his wife Sherri (nee Goff) Crow; one daughter Amber (Michael) Jordan, St. Charles; one son Billy Gene (Lisa) Crow, Jr., Arnold; three grandchildren: Genevieve Crow, Charlie Jordan and Jameson Jordan; one sister Michelle Crow, Hillsboro and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother. Billy was a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Jefferson College. He was a welding instructor for Sheet Metal Workers Local #36. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and especially being with his family.
