Olive Sue Boyer was born on August 23, 1945 in Kimmswick, MO. She was the daughter of Joseph “Buck” Allen & Opal Laurine (nee Oglesby) Boyer. She died on June 12, 2022 at Riverview at the Park in Ste. Genevieve, MO at the age of 76.
She is survived by her two children, Kevin (Denise) Benton of Festus and Kimberly (Fred) Drummond of De Soto; three grandchildren, Tanner (Marikka) Benton, Frederick Drummond and Olivia (Nick) Moore; great granddaughter, Evelynn Benton; and two great grandchildren on the way. She is also survived by her siblings, Allen Boyer of Ballwin, Joyce (the late Jack) Queen of Arnold, Charlie (Lee Anna Moutray) Boyer of De Soto, Richard “Rick” (Lisa) Boyer of De Soto, Michael “Mick” (Sandy) Boyer of De Soto, and Carol Pikula of Farmington.
Olive retired after working for White Rodgers for 36 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barb (and brother-in-law, Gerry) Gannon.
