Lois Jean Cordia Pannebecker was born in Richwoods on March 27, 1933 a daughter to John and Kathleen (nee Casey) Bliss. She died at Mercy Hospital Jefferson on December 30, 2021 at the age of 88. She is survived by three children: Paul (Rita) Cordia, Jr., Jefferson City, Kathy (Rick) Winkler, Festus, and Terri (Andrea Pope) Cordia, St. Louis; her grandchildren: Kacie Worth, Jessica Cheshire, Ashley (Matt) Scaglione, Kyle Winkler, Melanie (Nathan) Hein, and Christopher (Mandy) Boots; great grandchildren: Luella Worth, Mayla Worth, MacKenzie Campagna, Kolin Hein, Kaylee Hein and Carson Dunmire; two step daughters: Melody (Tony) Knollhoff, Union and Dawn (Kenneth) Westhoff, De Soto and their families; and one sister in law Norma Jean Bliss, St. Clair. She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Paul Cordia, Sr.; her second husband Billy Gene Pannebecker; a grandson Ty Cordia Winkler; two sisters: Maxine L. Wideman and her husband Steve “Pete” Wideman and Verna Blair and her husband Ted Blair and three brothers: Wayne Bliss, Sr. and his wife Jeanne Bliss Knight, Clifton Bliss and his wife Geneva Bliss and Tosca “Toc” Bliss. Lois had worked at Fo Jo, Save-A-Lot grocery store, and had retired as a teller from Boatman’s Bank in De Soto.
