Minnie Amie Leftridge was born in Bunker on February 14, 1926 a daughter to Lorenzo Dow and Harriet Ellen (nee Kuntz) Burns. She died at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto on July 23, 2017 at the age of 91.
She is survived by two daughters: Reva Avis, Bonne Terre and Pat (Eddie) Decker, De Soto; five sons: William (Peggy) Leftridge, Louisville, KY, Kenny (Mary Jo) Leftridge, Bonne Terre, James (Diane) Leftridge, De Soto, Richard (Kim) Leftridge, Desloge, and Jerry (Connie) Leftridge, Bonne Terre; one son-in-law, Don Lucas; 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Tony Leftridge; one daughter: Jo Ann Lucas; two sisters: Mildred Jackson and Clara Randolph; two grandsons: Clayton Avis and David Leftridge; and a daughter-in-law: Vicki Leftridge. After raising her family Minnie owned and operated the First Time Flea Market. The Rev. Dr. Jeremy Muniz and Randy Murphy will officiate the funeral service.
