Clarence “Squeak” Sloan was born on July 2, 1932 in De Soto, MO. He was the son of Clarence Lewis & Alfretta (nee Mallery) Sloan. He died on February 25, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County, MO at the age of 83.
He is survived by his dear friend Betty Labbee of De Soto, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Fern (nee Barrett) Sloan; and a brother, William “Bill” Robert Sloan.
Squeak served in the United States Army. He was retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation He was a member of the AmVets Post #48, VFW Post 1831, and the De Soto Elks Lodge 689.
