Thomas Minard

Thomas Robert “T. R.” Minard of Olathe, KS was born in Chicago, IL on October 30, 1977. He died in Pontiac, MI on December 18, 2025, at the age of 48. He is survived by his mother Cheryl Ann Wilmoth, St. Louis, MO and two daughters, Alyssa Marie Minard and Holly Ann Minard, both of Olathe, KS. He is survived by two aunts, several cousins and step siblings, along with partner Jennifer Shafer of Kansas, colleagues and friends. He is preceded in death by his biological father, John D. Minard and step-father Richard H Wynkoop. TR is a 1996 graduate of Bayless High School. T. R. earned a degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering from Missouri S & T and certifications from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. TR was an engineer for Brown and Caldwell.
