  • Graveside Service: Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 10:30am at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Funeral Procession will leave the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home at 9;30am on April 29, 2025.

William Joseph “Joe” Couch was born in Fletcher on April 1, 1941 a son to Willie and Betty (nee Christian) Couch. He died in Festus on April 23, 2025 at the age of 84.  He is survived by his children: David (Wendy) Couch, Milton, FL, Daniel (DeWitt) Couch, Columbia, Karey (Vern) Couch, Fulton, Kimberly Couch, Fulton and Dale (Mary) Couch, Cedar Hill; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a dear friend Regina Casey, Hillsboro.  He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Margaret “Jackie” (nee Miller) Couch;  a daughter Kelly Couch, a sister Helen Marie Couch and two brothers James Couch and Raymond Couch.  Joe had retired from the Missouri National Guard.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to: St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105
