Charles W. Agers

Charles William Agers was born April 21, 1940 in De Soto, MO. He is the son of Andrew J. and Alice Elizabeth (nee Underwood) Agers. He died on January 4, 2025 in De Soto, MO at the age of 84 years.  He is survived by his wife, June (nee Akins) Agers, De Soto, MO; one son, Chuck (Missy) Agers, De Soto, MO;  two daughters, Kelly (Tom) Muzzey, St. Charles, MO and Jennifer (Corey) Goering, Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Mikayla (Al) Montoya, Cole Agers, Logan (Erica) Muzzey, Morgan Muzzey, Connor Agers, A.J. Agers, Evelyn Goering and Oliver Goering; four great-grandchildren, Luke and Isla Agers and Milo and Murphy Montoya. He is preceded in death by parents; siblings, David Agers, Andrew Agers, Kelly Agers and Lloyd Agers. Charlie was owner of Underwood Hardware Store in De Soto, MO.  He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church, De Soto, MO; he was a fourth degree member of Knights of Columbus #1185; and served in the Army National Guard.
