Garry W. Baker

Garry Wayne Baker was born April 22, 1960 in Crystal City, MO. He was the son of Walter and Helen (nee Thost) Baker. He died on August 26, 2024 at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO at the age of 64 years. He is survived by his wife, Lynda (nee Reando) Baker, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Heather (David) Missey, De Soto, MO and one son, Ryan (Lindsey) Baker, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Corey Ryan Phelps and Colton Robert Missey; six siblings, Richard “Dick” Courtois, De Soto, MO; Judie Trask, De Soto, MO; Betty Sampson, De Soto, MO; Barbara Baker, De Soto, MO; Mary DeClue, De Soto, MO and Terry Baker, De Soto, MO; and his dog Comet. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Janet Hess. Garry worked as an inspector for Union Pacific Railroad.
