Floyd “Wayne” Lucas was born March 28, 1961 in Festus, MO. He was the son of Floyd and Theresa (nee Pinson) Lucas. He died on May 7, 2024 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his daughter, Natashia Hardesty, Sullivan, MO; one son, Kevin Lopez, Warrington, PA; four grandchildren, Starr, Autumn, Tristen, and Esmeray Hardesty; siblings, Charles Lucas, St. Louis, MO, David (Hope Rush) Lucas, De Soto, MO; Paul Lucas, De Soto, MO; Janice (the late Jerry) Ultzen, Bonne Terre, MO; and Rosemary (Danny) Hendricks, De Soto, MO. He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Lucas. Floyd worked as a mechanic. | |
