Debra Notbusch

Debra Lynn Notbusch was born July 23, 1957 in Augusta, Maine. She was the daughter of Phillip and Gloria Jean (nee Renfroe) Fowler. She died on November 30, 2023 at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 66 years. She is survived by her father, Phillip Fowler of Lander, WY; two sons, Jacob (Alicia) Notbusch, De Soto, MO and Lucas Notbusch, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Colby, Emma, and Asher Notbusch; one sister, Susan Deering, Ocean Spring, MS; and a brother-in-law, Thomas Johnston, Festus, MO. She is preceded in death by her mother; her husband, Michael Notbusch; her sister Diane Johnston and her dear friend Dennis Sanchez. Debra worked as a hairstylist and she was also an instructor of the National Academy of Beauty.
