Curt P. Howard was born July 28, 1966 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of Leslie and Elizabeth Frances (nee Hesch) Howard. He died on June 29, 2023 at Hillcrest Care Center, De Soto, MO at the age of 56 years. He is survived by his two brothers, Arthur (Amor) Howard, South Carolina and Bruce (Tammy) Howard, De Soto, MO.
