Robert P. Beardslee

Robert Paul “Bob” Beardslee was born in St. Louis on February 13, 1955 a son to John R. and Rose W. (nee Shaw) Beardslee. He died at his Barnhart home on March 30, 2023 at the age of 68. He is survived by his children: Jordan Beardslee, Hillsboro, Emily Beardslee, St. Louis, Matthew Beardslee, Hillsboro and Jacob (Elaine) Beardslee, Imperial; two grandchildren: Finn Beardslee and Rory Beardslee; three sisters: Ruth Beardslee, Hillsboro, Elizabeth “Betty” McKim, Dittmer and Patricia (John) Fischer, Manchester and one brother John (Darlene) Beardslee, Altenberg. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother in law Mike McKim. Bob worked for 20 years as a chemical technician at Mallinkrodt. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Bluegrass music, riding his Harley, spending time with his family and enjoying wildlife and the beautiful setting of his home. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the: Siteman Cancer Center or Missouri Department of Conservation Hunter Education.
