He is survived by his siblings, Mary (Richard) Fisher, De Soto, MO; Theresa Starr, St. Louis, MO; Louise Brotherton, Hillsboro, MO; Carl Moormann, De Soto, MO; and one sister-in-law, Janice Moormann, St. Louis, MO. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dr. Bernard Moormann; and a brother-in-law, Larry Brotherton. Herman served in the U.S. Army. | |
