Oscar E. O'Harver

Oscar Edward O’Harver was born in Fletcher on May 1, 1937 a son to Melvin H. O’Harver and Blanche (nee Gamble) O’Harver Shell. He died at his rural De Soto home on July 15, 2022 at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Reva (nee Bequette) O’Harver, De Soto; four children: Linda (Steve) Joedicke, De Soto, Timothy (Marsha) O’Harver, Potosi, Connie (Gene) Maness, De Soto and Nancy (Floyd) Sansoucie, Bonne Terre; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and three brothers: Lester O’Harver, Lake Hanna, Lawrence O’Harver, Hillsboro and Glen O’Haver, De Soto. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister Mardie “Maudie” Martin and two brothers: Frank O’Harver and David O’Harver, Sr. Oscar had retired as a mechanic for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department
