Carol J. Sander

Carol Jean Sander was born in De Soto on November 17, 1951 a daughter to Jeannine F.(nee Pierce) and Ralph F. Sloan, Sr.  She died at her De Soto home on February 4, 2022 at the age of 70.  She is survived by her husband of 41 years Roger D. Sander; one daughter Dawn (Michael) Deaton, Fenton, two granddaughters: Samantha J. Deaton, Desloge and Terri L. Deaton, Chicago, IL; one sister: Pamela S. Mahurin, Doniphan and two brothers: Ralph F. “Rusty” (Bev) Sloan, De Soto and Terry W. Sloan, Ft. Pierce, FL.  She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother Robert M. “Bobby” Sloan.  Carol has gifted her body to St. Louis University School of Medicine.  A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
