Shelby Jean Shelley was born in De Soto on January 17, 1937 a daughter to Otis Willis and Lorene Pearl (Wilkson) Harper. She died at her De Soto home on December 11, 2021 at the age of 84. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Aaron Dale Shelley; two daughters Debbie (Jim) Chick, Hillsboro; and Cheryl Collins, High Ridge; six grandchildren: Josh Shelley, Brandon (Kerri) Meyers, Sarah Kostro, Caleb (Becca) Chick, Rebecca Bondurant and Bradley (Laura) Kinney; several great grandchildren; one sister Donna (Bill) Nickelson, Festus; three brothers: Robert Harper, Greers Ferry, AR, Paul (Janice) Harper, Bonne Terre, MO and David (Ruth) Harper, O’Fallon, MO; and a sister in law Mick Harper, Greers Ferry, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant grandson, Scott Queathem; a sister Dixie Lee Harper; and a brother Bill Harper. | |
