Aunt Twylah was my Grandmother Lyal's younger sister, my father Verone's Aunt. She was great. If you needed an attitude lift, she was the one to call. She used to call me out of the blue several times a year to chat. I would always use her as an example of how to look at life with a positive attitude. She was bright and interesting and always had something to say. She would remember what I was doing in my life, the names of my kids and what my husband did for a living, even though we only met a couple times when I was younger. She had great stories of growing up and traveling to Denmark with my Great Grandfather, Cy, her father. She will be missed but I have such great feelings for her, she will live on in my heart. Aunt Twylah was my Father's sister and my favorite Aunt. For years she had an incredible memory of the relationship she and my Dad, Leland Johansen, had growing up on a dry land farm in Nebraska. I could sit for hours listening to her stories. She was a very kind and loving person and I will miss her deeply. Donita Johansen Scholz
