Thomas “Tom” Ivacic was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on April 14, 1949.  He died on February 26, 2011 at the John Cochran V. A. Medical Center at the age of 61.  He is survived by his wife: Debbie (nee Hollock) Ivacic, Festus, two daughters: Amy (Jason Bousman) Ivacic, Festus, and Erin Ivacic, Festus; two grandchildren: Andrew Swanson, Festus, and Aryana Ivacic, Festus; his twin brother: Frank Ivacic, San Clemente, CA, and brother: Jim (Carol) Ivacic, Greensboro, NC;  a brother-in-law: Angelo Verlingo, Alta Loma, CA, and father and mother -in-law: Duane and June Hollock, De Soto; a brother-in-law: Mark (Maureen) Hollock, Riverside, CA.  He is preceded in death by his mother: Eleanor (nee Corrado) Ivacic; a daughter: Alicia Ivacic; a brother: Vincent Ivacic; a sister: Patty Verlingo; a half brother Bill Miller; and a mother-in-law: Rosie Lee Hollock.
