Terry E. DeClue, Jr. was born in St. Louis on February 25, 1981. He died at St. Louis University Hospital on August 16, 2018 at the age of 37. He is survived by his wife Amanda “Mandy” (nee Soffner) DeClue, Arnold; two daughters: Krysta DeClue and Karly DeClue; two sons: Dylan White and Devyn White; two sisters: Kim Muzzey, De Soto and Jackie (Kurt) Waters, Granite City, IL; three brothers: Kevin (Pam) DeClue, De Soto, Michael (Michelle) Raftery, Jr., Arnold, and Patrick Raftery, Wentzville; his step-mother: Chloe DeClue, De Soto; step-father, Michael (Terrie) Raftery, Sr., Festus; and his mother and father-in-law: Dee and Charles Soffner, Hudson, FL;. He is preceded in death by his mother: Judy (nee Bonine) Raftery, his father: Terry DeClue, Sr. and a brother-in-law: Ed Muzzey. Terry was a member of Operating Engineers Local #513. He could fixed anything with a motor or engine and loved being outdoors and St. Louis Cardinal baseball. Friends Elvis Reeder and Randy Shepard will conduct the funeral service. A memorial fund is being established for his children.
