Irwin, De Soto, MO; two sons, Brian Irwin, De Soto, MO and Boone Legate, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Missi Myers, Marble Hill, MO; siblings, David “Rick” Spiker, De Soto, MO; Timothy Spiker, Jacksonville, FL; and Carol Spiker, De Soto, MO; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
