Ruth Karen Fischer was born April 20, 1946 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of the late John and Rebecca (nee Gowan) Fischer of De Soto, MO. She died on November 13, 2013 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 67 years 6 months 24 days. She is survived by her brothers, John (Pat) Fischer, De Soto, MO and David Fischer, De Soto, MO and one sister, Mary Fischer, Maplewood, MO. She is preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Lindell Fischer. Ruth was a retired bookkepper at Bank of America and later became medical assistant for Dr. Park.
