Robert Warren “Bob” Dunnegan was born in De Soto on December 31, 1942 a son to Robert Earl and Virginia “Ruth” (nee Bernhardt) Dunnegan.  He died on October 21, 2018 at St. Louis University Hospital at the age of 75.  He is survived by his wife Karol (nee DeRousse-Rogers) Dunnegan of  De Soto. Bob and Karol were married on February 24, 1964.  He is also survived by three children: Warren (Page) Dunnegan, Arnold, Vanessa (Damon) Drumm, Imperial, and Bill Dunnegan, St. Peter’s; one brother Ron (Joyce) Dunnegan, Camarillo, CA; six granddaughters; Alyssa (Jonathon) Jansson, Ashley (Clay) Ehlmann, Casey (David) Jones, Tiffany (Daniel) Watkins, Madison (Shaheen) Norfleet, and Brittany Drumm.  Bob and Karol are expecting their first great-grandchild in January. Bob was a retired member of I.B.E.W. Local #1 having worked for Hearvy and Aschinger Electric and had also retired after twenty years of service with the Air National Guard.  He enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and volunteered for many years with the De Soto Little League.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4215 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO  63108.
