Robert Lee “Bob” Fadler was born in Pevely on August 20, 1944 a son to Floyd and Virginia (nee Hildebrand) Fadler. He died at Mercy Hospital-Jefferson on June 24, 2021 at the age of 76. He is survived by his wife Judith (nee Bequette) Fadler, Leadwood; his son Floyd Bequette, Lake Hanna, grandson Joseph (Becky) Clark, a great granddaughter Katelynn JaBoe; one sister Diane (the late Dick) Williams, Park Hills; five brothers: Danny (Joy) Fadler, Colorado Springs, CO, Paul “Dick” Fadler, Festus, Terry (Jan) Fadler, Wentzville, Bill Fadler, Festus, and Jim (Beverly) Brock, Frankclay; sister in law Bessie Fadler, Hematite; a brother in law George Lay, Fredericktown and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; five sisters: Marie Hall and her husband Wayne, Gloria Forshee and her husband Alfred, Brenda Thompson and her husband Ralph, Carolyn Bergmann and her husband Warren and Toni Lay; and two brothers: Jeffrey Fadler and Mike Fadler. Bob served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and had retired from the City of Festus Parks Department.
