Robert E. “Perch” Boyer was born in Vineland on March 28, 1949 a son to Maurice Joseph and Dorothy E. (nee Gamble) Boyer. He died at his Lake Summerset home on December 26, 2018 at the age of 69.  He is survived by his wife: Dianna (nee Wagner) Boyer; seven children: Rhonda Boyer Coleman, De Soto, Robert J. Boyer, De Soto, David (Darlene) Boyer, Oakville, Danny (Jennifer) Boyer, De Soto, Chad (Jamie) Boyer, De Soto, Aaron (Christy) Null, De Soto, and Jeff (Nikki) Null, De Soto; twelve grandchildren: Amanda, Samantha, Bobbie, Jacob, Hanna, Dakota, Mariah, Jordan, Liam, Kaitlyn, A.J., and Lincoln; four great-grandchildren: Weston, Connor, Cole, and Braxton; one borther: Joe “Butch” (Marsha) Boyer, De Soto; and his mother-in-law: Pat Chapman Wagner-Holt.  He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Ruth Rutledge and her husband Clarence “Tub” and Irene “Rene” Boyer.  Perch served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, was a member of V.F.W. Post #1831 and had retired as a sheet metal worker for Crystal Heating and Cooling. He enjoyed being outdoors especially gardening, hunting and fishing.
