Since my mother and Dotty were great friends for many years, it seemed that Richard was always a part of our lives. When we were children, Richard seemed like a giant - we would look up and up and up, and then we would see his smile. Wonderful stories from Dotty would emerge and their mutual enjoyment of the outdoors always helped me to appreciate it more. I am sure Dotty will be happy to share the heavenly presence with Richard. Might be quite a celebration with mom, Dotty, Joanne, Johnnie and Richard. My heart aches for Susan and Caren and your families during this time.
