Raymond L. Schutte was born in St. Louis on January 29, 1957 a son to Woodrow and Frances (nee Baker) Schutte.  He died at his De Soto residence on March 31, 2012 at the age of 55.  He is  survived by his wife Shirley Schutte of De Soto; two children: Mikel (Sharice) Blount, Rock Spring, WY and Lee Ann Schutte, De Soto; his step father: Phil Catlett, De Soto; three grandchildren: Mikel, Jr., Kalisha, and Hayden; two sisters: Ruby (Speedy) Sutton, Annapolis, and Alberta Miller, De Soto; two brothers: Bob (Shirley) Schutte, De Soto, and Eddie (Glenda) Schutte, Hillsboro.  He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Walter, Melvin “PeeWee”, and LeRoy Schutte.
