Phil was an awesome person, so nice and thoughtful. I thought the world of him. Many thoughts and prayers to the family.

Phil was a tenant and friend of mine for years. I lost track of him after he moved, but I always enjoyed his since of humor. Just a real nice guy, My sympathies to Cathy and his family. Rest in Peace Phillip.
