Phillip C. Sappington was born on May 2, 1955 in Bonne Terre, MO. He was the son of the late Floyd & Vivia Jean (nee Scott) Sappington. He died on December 21, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, MO at the age of 67.
He is survived by his siblings, Robert (Jenny) Sappington of Arnold, MO; Charles (Tiny) Sappington of Knob Noster, MO; Cathy Grady of Sullivan, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Floyd Sappington.
