Norma Lee Wiley was born in St. Louis County, Missouri, on November 4, 1927, a daughter to Francis M. and Lille Etta (nee Carver) Wideman. She died February 15, 2008, at The Villas in De Soto, Missouri, at the age of 80 years 3 months 11 days.
She married Winthie J. Wiley and to this union four sons were born. Winthie preceded her in death in 1995. She is survived by her sons: Francis (wife Ranae) Wiley, De Soto; David (wife Debra) Wiley, Hillsboro, Paul (wife Sheran) Wiley, Hillsboro and Steve (wife Tambra) Wiley, Morse Mill; three sisters: Lorraine Frankenburg, Pacific, MO; Patsy Bustran, Hillsboro; and Fran Montieth, Villa Ridge, MO; 8 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mae Davison, and a great-grandchild.
