Mildred Allene Roubidoux was born September 27, 1926 in St. Louis, MO. She was the daughter of Phillip and Anna (nee Willard) Pennell. She died on October 20, 2014 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her son, Raymond Roubidoux, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Phyllis (James) Oldham, Poplar Bluff, MO; sister, Carole McKee, De Soto, MO; half-brother, Wade Pennell, Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren, Sandra Jo; Timothy, James, Kimberly, and Pete; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond F. Roubidoux; and two brothers, James and Richard Pennell. As an expression of sympathy memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
