Marvin Richard DuBuque was born December 29, 1928 in Webster Groves, MO. He was the son of Marvin Louis and Margaret L. (nee Storie) DuBuque. He died on June 28, 2015 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his children, William (Nancy) DuBuque, Hillsboro, MO; Marvin (Nancy) DuBuque, Hillsboro, MO; Denise DuBuque, Hillsboro, MO; Marshall (Judy) DuBuque, De Soto, MO; Elaine (Ron) Wickerham, De Soto, MO; siblings, Julia (Leonard) Panhorst, Washington, MO; Rose Helle, Webster Groves, MO; Dorothy Schultze, Washington, MO; Martha Reid, Affton, MO; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Odelia “Del” E. (nee Stratman) DuBuque; brother, Roger DuBuque; half brother, Homer Sutton; and a half sister, Margaret Guthrie. Marvin served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII. He worked as a truck driver at Big B Building Center; he was a former police officer for Webster Groves Police Departmet; and he also belonged to Teamsters Local #682.
