He is survived by his wife, Cindy Higgins of De Soto, MO; three sons, Austin Higgins, John Higgins, Christopher Higgins; & daughter, Barbara Higgins all of De Soto; one brother, John (Kim) Higgins of Kennet, MO; and sister, Tanya (Paul) Robinson of Bethalto, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
