Aunt Joy, you will be missed. I know that we were the lucky ones to have had you in our lives. You taught me to be caring, loving and forgiving and for that I thank you! My thoughts and prayers are with the family and I believe the following words are ones that Aunt Joy would love to hear! I am safely home in Heaven, dear ones Oh, so happy and so bright There is perfect joy and beauty In this everlasting light All the pain and grief is over Every restless tossing passed I am now at peace forever Safely home in Heaven at last Did you ever wonder why I so calmly Trod the valley of the shade? Oh! but Jesus' love illuminated Every dark and fearful glade And He came Himself to meet me Is that way so hard to tread And with Jesus' arm to lean on Could I have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely For I love you dearly still Try to look beyond earth's shadows Pray to trust our Father's will. There is work still waiting for you So you must not idly stand Do it now, while life remaineth You shall rest in Jesus' land. When that work is all completed He will gently call you home Oh, the rapture of that meeting Oh, the joy to see you come.

Debbie and Cheryl, You and your families are in our thoughts and prayers at such a troubling time. I am sorry that I can not make it to the services but I will be out of town. Aunt Joy was very special to mom and me. She will be missed. During the difficult times remember that Heaven is indeed a better place and Aunt Joy is blessed to be there.

To the family of Joy , I am sorry for your loss , but we must remenber every one must go home , and now she is with granny hazel and all her loved ones. I wish I could be there for you all as you were there for me when my mom went home. Though we are miles apart just know we all love you , and may God bless you all in your time of sorrow.
