Joyce Ann Kelso was born in De Soto on September 9, 1957 a daughter to Melvin L. and Betty (nee Coffman) Kelso. She died at the Villa’s in De Soto on January 24, 2015 at the age of 57. She is survived by her sister: Patty Hartman, Moscow Mills; her brother: Jerry (Darlene) Kelso, De Soto; two aunts: Ruth (Floyd) Wallen, De Soto, and Della Brown, De Soto; one uncle: Jack (Pat) Coffman, Hillsboro; and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law: Bob Hartman. Joyce worked in the Jefferson County Collector’s Office for 33 years until her retirement. Bro. Bob Thebeau will officiate the funeral service. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association..
