Joshua Jacob Kipper was born in St. Louis on May 14, 1997 a son to Jerry R. and Jeanette (Faigle) Kipper. He died at his Hillsboro home on May 25, 2020 at the age of 23. He is survived by his parents who live in De Soto; his fiance Hannah Tucker, Hillsboro; two sons: Jeremiah and Jackson, Hillsboro; a sister Rebecca Kipper, De Soto; a brother Kyle Kipper, Festus; and his maternal grandparents Jerry and Janet Faigle, Four Seasons, MO. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Robert and Barbara Kipper.
